Analogue of Digital Lines?
The vast majority of PBX’s are designed to work on both digital (ISDN) and normal analogue lines. The Panasonic TDA series (shown above) however is the only system to our knowledge that will provide caller ID information using standard analogue lines.
There’s little benefit (if any) for taxi companies in changing to digital lines given that most of the time your just accepting calls. If your lines are already digital then fine but don’t believe the salesman who tells you that you MUST change.
Bear in mind also that your going to need a broadband Internet connection and for that, you will need a normal analogue line.
